Every treatment follows a carefully designed, meticulous process that combines expert assessment with specialised extraction devices, precision scalp examination and professional removal techniques. Unlike basic combing at home, our specialists systematically inspect each section of the hair and scalp, using professional equipment to locate, extract and safely capture live lice while minimising the risk of cross-contamination.

Because live lice move quickly and eggs are securely attached to the hair shaft, successful treatment requires patience, precision and the right equipment. Once all active lice have been removed, our specialists continue with a detailed inspection and removal of remaining eggs (nits), followed by a final quality check to ensure the highest standard of care.

We inspect first

Every visit starts with a per-person inspection — 1.850 MKD (€30) at home, 1.250 MKD (€20) in studio. If the head is clear, that's all you pay. No treatment, no charge.

Treatment by hair length

If lice are found, the treatment fee is set by each person's hair length — short, medium or long — because longer hair takes longer to clear. At home, the first person is the full rate and each additional family member is less.

Prices include VAT. Pay by online payment or cash before the session. One follow-up check 7 days later is included free, at the studio only.

For the vast majority of cases, yes. Our manual removal method clears around 98% of cases in a single 60–90 minute session. A follow-up reassurance check is included so you can be certain it's gone.

Completely. We use pesticide-free, dermatologically-tested products approved for children from age two. Most of the work is careful manual combing rather than chemicals.

We arrive in an unmarked vehicle with no branding. Nothing identifies why we're there. Your details are never shared with anyone, including any school or pharmacy that referred you.

Enquiring costs nothing, and you'll know the exact price before we begin. Prices include VAT. You can pay by online payment or in cash, before the session starts.

Yes. If you need to be seen within 3 hours of booking, we offer a priority service at 1.5× the standard rate, subject to availability. Just tell us it's urgent when you message and we'll do our best to fit you in.
